3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must complete our qualification process through our contact form. We reserve the right to approve or deny access to our platform based on our qualification criteria. Account access is granted only after approval by our sales team.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our service is offered through the following subscription plans:

Payment is due monthly in advance. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

5. Lead Generation and Data Usage

Our lead generation service provides qualified prospects based on your specified criteria. The quality and accuracy of leads depend on the information provided and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or business outcomes.

All lead data provided through our service is for your business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for purposes other than your direct marketing and sales activities.

6. Advertising Campaign Management

When you authorize us to manage advertising campaigns on your behalf, you grant us permission to:

• Create and manage advertising accounts on various platforms
• Develop and deploy advertising content
• Optimize campaigns for performance
• Access campaign performance data

You remain responsible for all advertising costs and compliance with platform-specific terms of service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for:

10. Service Availability and Modifications

StreamWhisperWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to StreamWhisperWay in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StreamWhisperWay from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate your access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
